I really enjoy this piece! It's very different from what I usually see on Deviant Art!
I have to say my favorite part of the picture is the part where the last man is out of the frame, and he's in color. It draws so much attention to him! The one thing that would draw even more attention would be to have him wear a brighter colored shirt.(like red or something bright like that.)
I do really like the men leading up to the one who escapes the picture, but i think it's just a bit to busy up there. I would suggest spreading them out, maybe removing one or two, or blurring them a bit more.
all in all, very nicely done. Nice picture

You seem to have a very good grasp of the techniques involved in photography and a good eye for composition as well. This particular piece is interesting in that it captures the motion of the skateboarder (I assuming he's a boarder based on the body language), it also interacts with the viewer by progressing beyond the frames limitations and generally, the overall image just works on many different levels. I think you have managed to capture a difficult scene with both originality and flair. Changing the boarder from black and white to color outside the frame shows an attention to detail as well. Well done.
